Quick Details
Discover the Best of Rogue River! Beautiful scenery, camping at Discovery Park, and thrilling whitewater. All right here in Southern Oregon!
Our 2-day campout is a new trip we are offering! This is a beautiful trip that starts at Dodge Bridge Boat launch and takes out at Valley of the Rogue State Park. This piece of the river gives you the best of everything we offer.
Your trip will start off on a scenic mellow stretch of the Rogue River where you have the option to inflatable kayak if you have friends/family that want to spice things up! Our guides are well-versed in flora and fauna, history, and stories of the Rogue River & Table Rocks and are quick to point out deer, geese, osprey, eagle, and other bird life and waterfowl which are common sightings along the way. We will make our way to the base of the Table Rocks and will spend the afternoon and camp at the The Discovery Park. The Discovery Park is a privately owned boat-in only park that is fun for the whole family!
Once at the discovery Park the options for fun and relaxation are endless! You will have full access to the private 40-acre “Lake Rogue Jetter” for swimming and optional lake rental activities that can include: paddle boats, stand up boards, inflatable boats, inner tubes, and fishing poles for fishing bass off the docks. Here you can purchase dinner and drinks of your liking at the Ole’ Chinook Grill.
The lake has climbing and jumping structures that includes a large slide into the water! Adult supervision is required for all children under 18 playing on the AquaPark structures. No lifeguard is on duty.
Our second day is where we see some of our bigger whitewater; multiple class 2-3 rapids and two class 4 rapids “Nugget” and “Ti’lomikh”. You will also have another chance to inflatable kayak if you fell in love with it the first day.
